In order to perfectly solve this challenging task, our star anise screening team is composed of elderly people in the village who have no income but need to live, and women who need to take care of their families and children and cannot go out to work formally. We provide them with a place to work at any time. There is no strict system and working hours here. They are free and chatting and working with familiar people is always so pleasant!
