‌There is an ancient and most famous brand of mixed spices in China, called Wang Shouyi Thirteen Spices, and the historical background of Wang Shouyi Thirteen Spices is also very interesting. Recipe 2: 100g star anise, 50g cinnamon, 50g cardamom, 25g angelica, 20g galangal, 40g fennel, 25g coriander, 25g Sichuan peppercorns, 25g dried ginger, 15g senna, 10g licorice, 30g amomum, 25g tangerine peel, 5g cloves, 20g white peppercorns. ‌


Recipe 3: Star anise 15g, cloves 5g, pepper 5g, cloud wood 4g, tangerine peel 4g, nutmeg 7g, amomum 8g, cumin 10g, galangal 6g, cinnamon 12g, galangal 7g, cardamom 8g, ginger 9g. ‌
